Patient Safety Solutions LLC was formed in 2017 to address the growing needs of patients, caregivers, hospitals, medical supply companies and insurers in areas of care related to wounds, ostomies, safe patient-handling and continence in an aging and increasingly bedridden population.   

Founded by Chenel Trevellini MSN RN CWOCN, our team at Patient Safety Solutions strives to improve patient care by educating our clients about innovative research, product development and regulatory requirements while adhering to a patient first philosophy.
